How to ace your Fitness Goals ?
I do yoga and cardio . Dieting is not an option so I eat anything and everything I like but within limit . I was 80 KGS during and after 12 months of pregnancy and before pregnancy I was 57 KGS . started working out from last June month and now I am 62 KGS , though it is within the normal range according to my height but still my target is to be back to my pre pregnancy weight .

I have gained too much weight after delivery but because of c section I didn\'t do anything now ,have back pain problem,my kid is so small I have to spend more time with him ,I should take some time after that I have to plan exercises and walking etc
