when you are stressed or tensed, you need to either deplete your energy or calm down by doing breathing excercise..so sometime I work a lot and deplete or sit alone and breathe in breathe out in silence..

Stress comes alongside of parenting. Especially when you’re a first time parent and everything is new and overwhelming. Mostly stress at this point of time is from relatives comments / due to lack of sleep / trying to bring a perfect balance between professional and personal life.
This is how I manage my stress :

1. Ignore what people say and do what’s best and works out for you and your child
2. Breathe. We can’t take control of everything and find peace with how it’s going
3. Lots of play time with the baby
4. Work out ( major stress buster for me) - even a simple walk in the park

When I'm in stress, I listen to OM chanting and do deep breathing. I also listen to old Hindi songs that uplift the mood.
Walking also helps sometimes.
And when nothing works, I call my Angel..My mom!!! :)

I'm in stress, see the my baby and playing with my baby so kick out stress in my life because I love my baby, he is give to power me
fight my stress .
