first start with walking, if possible take your baby in arms and walk, let your body to get ready to take extra stress, then start swimming and mild exercise and yoga will definitely help you for weight loss, also keep eyes on your diet. currently i am mother of 5 months old baby, after he will be 1 yr, then I will start all. and I will achieve my body back that\'s for sure.
