After having a baby your body needs time to heal and rest and so does your mind. You can start practicing yoga a few days to a few weeks after childbirth, depending on how your delivery went. Postpartum yoga offers the most benefits during the first three months after childbirth.

I followed my things to maintain my physical and mental health in my postpartum period.
here is the tips I followed
Breath in and connect with your body and mind.
Take a big breath into your belly and connect with your core.
Move your spine with a cat-cow pose.
Restore your abdomen and promote blood flow with child’s pose.
Reset your body and balance your nervous system with the Legs-Up-The-Wall pose.
Rest your body with a modified savasana pose

I don't get much time for me after delivery but whenever I get me time I do anulom-vilom, deep breathing nd also try to walk atleast 5k foot steps... after this
I really feel good nd it's really helpful for maintaining my body figure 😉🙂
