Being depressed before and after delivery i have come out of a lot. and there\'s was literally no one who could say what I wanted to hear. no positive things, no praises for anything am going through, no difference towards me. all this made me depressed and more n more frustrated. it all would harm my relationship with baby. everything was just in my mind. and to myself. so ladies whoever going through this must have someone to share what they are going through. please reach to people you can trust.. you have done a great job and everything you are doing is just as much as you can.. it is more than enough. you have a life of yourself and a life to take care of. . rest well and be nice to youself.
