ANXIETY & DEPRESSION SUPPORT Calling all Moms to talk about Depression
#NotAshamedToTalk
Every Woman goes through 'Baby Blues' after pregnancy. However, feeling empty, sad and worthless all the time can indicate the possibility of 'Postpartum Depression'. Many international Celebrity Moms like Serena Williams have come out in the open to talk about this but Indian Moms are still quiet on this topic. Can Indian Moms come together & share their experiences about 'Postpartum Depression' ? Can they tell each other that it is normal & can be treated ? Share your Views Now

well in my opinion why everyone not discussed this problem is because we all are taught to be a good mother from everyone present out there but no one tells you that its a ongoing process you cant be perfect evertime. when you became mother you are all excited happy and nervous for your new born but soon came the responsiblity of a newborn who totally dependant on you for everything. depression came when you cant take care of your child or you cant take care of yourself like before or when you cant give time to your life partner or when you are physically and mentally exhausted but the key to remember is that its just a phase - a difficult one for sure but you will pass it. tale as much help as you can from your loved one take time for yourself and remeber that its a beautiful phase that ull cherish forever.

Just try to ignore everything. Concentrate on ur baby. If u will be happy then she too will be happy. Now a days girls are more competitive than boys. Try to make them understand specially your husband. Take care of urself too. Bless u both
Only concentrate on ur baby, nothing is more important than her, she needs ur love, affection and attention. Keep in mind that what u can do for ur daughter ,no one else in the world can do for ur daughter so better ignore all this stuff ,I know it's hard but try meditation. I m having similar story , but my husband is supportive enough.

hi everyone I m so unlucky because my child came out from my womb in 7 month and it was a cesarean delivery and immediately after the delivery my child had to admit in a hospital .At that time neither I could able to feed my child nor I could take care of him because I was in another hospital😢.now he is absolutely fine

I felt very lonely, tired, weak and stressed. Even could not sleep properly. Neither during day nor during night. But one thing that always energised me was my baby. Whenever i see him i forget all my pain. Even after 3 months of my delivery m facing health issues but still m very happy with my baby. And forget all my pains when i hold him.

As per my experience Postpartum depression is common in all moms. But some of them put forward their views and some may not.
To be frank even i went through that stage;
With support from your loved ones u can overcome all of that and can enjoy the motherhood. Patience is the key factor to drive the ups and downs of that period.
Those are the precious moments in life which can never be brought back and can only be experienced.
Hats off to all those moms who get over everything for the sake of their little ones.!!
