During pregnancy I gained almost 15 kgs.. I was at 85kgs before delivery. Now my weight is 66 kgs.. I lost 19kgs 'no idea how it happened'.. may be because I was exclusively breastfed and doing that till date... during pregnancy and till now I focused on eating healthy home cooked food. Avoided fried, spicy,junk food and sugary items...
