I didn't get a single day rest after c-section delivery. I had to look after my baby alone as my mother in law was keeping herself busy in kitchen. I was not getting proper and timely diet. As they wanted to harass me in every possible way wether mentally or physically. I used to cry when my husband was leaving for the office. As it was my first baby so I knew nothing about baby care n all. Till now I am going through this but can proudly say I bought up my child on my own. 😎

It sounds like my story...

for me, I didn't get support from my in laws, always they were like I am unable to take care of my baby n always in a scolding attitude....but my husband was always there for me in my every decision so they could not overpower me. moreover l would like to mention the role of my mother, whom we, daughters always forget to give a mention thinking that it's their duty to be with us.sheis always there with me in my all needs n deeds...so staying at in law's house was a big challenge to me apart from all other challenges we new moms face

same for me . my in laws never sa anything in scolding manner but they were never intrested in our daughter . my mom n dad did everything including my delivery n one year they raised my daughter but my in laws never even video called us to see her only sweet talking but when we need them they are always absent n if my baby is sick or I m sick my dad is always there . I don't understand my sister in laws son is cherished like prince while my in laws ignore the fact that my daughter is present too.

my biggest challenge is my frustration how other women n this society treats mom's . unable to sleep all night still have to wake up n cook n manage house. still getting calls from in laws whether I m cooking or not . getting taunted by other ladies to how to manage house n baby n how gud they did . I m just frustrated cause I can't do any house work I don't have any help my husband log in at 8 in morning n log out at 9 at night how am I supposed to other work forget rest .

after becoming mother I was changed myself with huge . which I am not experienced never before. I can feel like myself as a scientist, doctor, child, mother, teacher. it's like all-rounder. same time it's not that much easier to handle with mood swings .but I experienced great thing in this so happy to be a mom 😊

Hey new mom's. hope you all are doing well and let's all hang in there. the better days will come .
post portam depression is a real thing and is very common is something I came to realise once I delivered by baby girl .
I was so paranoid all the time . felt like I am the worst mother which in turn effected my health and also effected me taking care of my baby.
where i could enjoy the amazing moments with her I just was getting worried and irritated.
But seek help .. it makes you stronger not week. when I started asking for help and received it i felt my burdan reduced drastically, took care of my health and started enjoying the moments.
it still gets tough sometimes , but have started dividing some work to my mom and husband.

It brings a lot of stress during this time, plus sleep deprivation. it's important to have support during this time. Househelp is mandatory required. Being a working women, I often feel guilty that I'm not able to give my full time for my baby. I am working from home, but working effectively with less sleep is really difficult. It took months to find a baby sitter which made it even more stressful

It feels really inspiring to read about challenges other moms have faced during the post partum period. I am the mother of a 3-months-old baby boy. My delivery experience was horrible as after almost 24 hours of contractions trying for normal delivery, I went for caeserian. After delivery, I traveled home for just a couple of months but came back last month as I was missing my hubby and he was missing both of us. Since then it has been extremely challenging, with me trying to manage my baby's every need and also my own health as I am still suffering from back pain n headaches.
Reading these posts have given me hope. That there are more like me n these days shall pass. Please like if you loved what I shared. Keep more coming!
