Go to your gynaecologist and ask for medicines. Same happened to me. My gynaecologist suggested me Amoxylin antibiotic along with one more tablet. It relieved me from pain completely and I am able to feed my baby without any pain.
My Baby did not latch for the first few days and breast engorgement was an painful issue for my wife, the breasts were rock hard and even touching them caused pain, but what helped was a hot water bath along with breast massage in the engorged area and feeding the baby, if the baby refuses to feed then use a manual (Pigeon,Philips Avent) pump or a electric one (Spectra,Medella) to express and feed the baby, if nothing works use the painful method of squeezing the breast and emptying it.
