Hii , i also suffer this problem last 25 daya my gyno gave me Augmentin625mg and suggested hot water massage,express out milk. i am regularly doing this but donot reduce my swelling. Its find heavy n hard n having minor pain some time.What i do for it completly cured.

Go to your gynaecologist and ask for medicines. Same happened to me. My gynaecologist suggested me Amoxylin antibiotic along with one more tablet. It relieved me from pain completely and I am able to feed my baby without any pain.
If it is not treated on time then doctors might need to open to remove the milk
