I try to Feed my baby as much as possible.. doctor said me to store milk if it pains..

Use breast pumb to express the milk that is the best way to empty the breast. Dont ever sqeeze the breast using hands.

it's easy to squeeze from hand. whenever I am trying from breast pump milk is not coming out

use hot water bog to roll it down or pump out the extra milk n store it.

m a mother of new born baby..I am unable to feed my baby coz I have a flat nipples..

use a nipple puller. it's available at most chemist's.

why shld not sqeeze through hand??

My doctor told not to squeeze using hand when you have engorgement. It increases the pain.
