Look and color complexes r always been priority in Indian culture. To be fit n healthy is most important n every one should do efforts for it. But it ll take time in journey of motherhood as life gonna to change by 360 degree. N people won’t understand you Cz they aren’t fit in your shoes. So ignore them.

Fitness is very important and so is postpartum weight loss. However, the important part is that the staying fit part should not be for someone else to comment on but for ourself and our wellbeing. No one has the authority to judge or criticise anyone let alone body shaming.

the recent media is so u forgiving to new mothers, esp one on public eye, and it affects normal mother\'s too, as they feel pressurised to look perfect like a certain actress did after her pregnancy, first they have loss of help at hand which not all of us can afford, second that is the need of their profession, not ours.
Getting fit after pregnancy is not bad thing , one should always try to be fit and active but we need to understand not to make it out only goal or feel depressed about it.
We as women should support each other and not pass comments on other women who are not able to loose weight or are on upper side of weighing scale.

Actually nothing matters as long as you n your baby are healthy..being healthy is the only priority because only if you are fit n fine then u can properly take care of your baby....
Also it is our responsibility to stay in shape ,look good not for others ,not because what others will think.. but only for yourself because u deserve to look so...
