post pregnancy weight gain is normal thing. but society keep on commenting new mom for getting bad figure. but we need not to listen in such thing. for me being phisically fit and mentally healthy is better than fitting in society\'s beauty standard.

does it really matter?..that what society thinks about your post pregnancy weight gain..only thing which is important is your baby who looks for you for feed , to cuddle, to play . at least for one year mother should only think about her baby and if she is feeding then only focus on healthy food which goes through her feed to baby. as soon as baby starts taking solid food then one can work on her body. why so hustle in getting the shape back soon. just take your time and enjoy this beautiful phase which will be memorable all through the life of becoming parent.
