Recently a publication posted an article stating “Neha Dhupia shocking weight gain post pregnancy at Femina Stylista West 2019”.It’s literally shocking that we are living in 21st century & still categorising female as a showpiece if a new mom attends any event she is expected to look fabulous.Dear Moms,what do you feel Being physically fit after pregnancy is important?Or Fitting into the society beauty standard matters?Does putting pressure on beauty of a female is good?Share your opinion.

do not waste your time and money to lose weight after post pregnancy..it is automatically lose after breast feed.lbj
To be healthy is more important than to be in perfect shape.... Motherhood is itself a most important achievement of a woman who risks life for bringing new life to the world those who portrayed to get shock on postpartrum weight gain are just stupid enough to think such a rubbish.

Breastfeed your baby will burn calories.
Do not sleep after eating have 15 min walk after food.
Drink water more often so that you will stay hydrated and excess toxins from body gets flushed out..
Never skip Breakfast.
If possible do simple exercise even though mom wont get time to do
Sleep when ever time permits
TO DO ALL THE THINGS GET MOTIVATED BY YOURSELF LOOKING INTO MIRROR

it\'s a god gift that a women\'s become mother. but some people didn\'t understand this beauty of god. of course mother\'s priority is baby care but she should try to be fit with balance diet and exercises but don\'t feel sham on this we should proud to mother

Being fit is very important but it would be for yourself not for getting others compliments... Don\'t be under any pressure .. And all the beautiful ladies enjoy your postpartum time with your little one and as you start getting time try to meditate and remember only a healthy mind and body can raise kids in a better human..
