I had very little breast milk and struggled to feed my child. Took some home-made natural gruels and it improved a bit.

initially when I started breastfeeding my baby could not latch properly . It was very tough for me to feed her , she used to cry a lot and I could not figure out what to do because once she start sucking the milk used to burst out and she could not take milk beacuse my breast were tight because of milk. Then I started pumping my breast a bit and washed it with lukewarm water.

very tough journey. my baby drinks only my milk .very tough task for me to provide proper meal full of nutrition.

I had a c section delivery starting days are some wat difficult to sit and feed a baby afterwards it’s became easy

As I started feeding my son it was a huge risk i took because of not properly guiding with doctor starting 15 days faced so much problem s then later on I use keep practicing to give breastfeeding to my son now it is all good
