Most newborns want and need to nurse 8-12 times every 24 hours, and will give you wet diapers in return. Babies typically take from 10-45 minutes per feeding at the start. Your baby is getting enough milk if she has 1 wet diaper per day of life through the first week, then at least 6-7 wet diapers daily after the first week. So at 1 day of age, she should have at least 1 wet diaper, at 4 days of age, she should have at least 4 wet diapers, etc. This is also true if your breasts are filling and then softening, or emptying, at each feeding. I have 2 sons.I breast fed my first for 2 years..
My second son is 53 days old and iam breast feeding him...I have less milk and I have lactation enhancers to increase milk.In the beginning it was tough as I had a C sec.It was v difficult to sit and feed each time..But was worth the pain compared to all the benefits my baby and myself would get.
Apart from the health benefits, the best of all is the bonding it developed between me and my babies and me.

My post pregnancy was a mixture of both ups and downs. My baby had suffered from severe colic, she used to breastfeed for like hours. And later on her colic problem subsided, so I started to pump in the bottle and give her. Which she dint like at all. She is a purely mommy’s baby. But overall the feeling was awesome, I was able to give her 18months.

breastfeeding was huge challenge for me as well as my daughter.initially it was difficult for her to latch properly and because it was my first experience so it was bit painful for me too.struggles to sit and lack of sleep makes the experience worse.breast pumps helps me a lot during lactation period.

it's different feeling being mom of kids babies,for my first baby for 3complete years i did breast feeding.i thought to stop after a year but she use to cry lot.so i decided to feed her until she needs.after 3 years she stopped she didn't.it was wonderful experience but when she stopped breastfeeding i was feeling low mentally it was sad for me.now my 2baby 7months old again I'm feeding him sleepless nights but beautiful memories for me.

First when delivered. It bcme hard to breastfeed bcz my nipple didn't form and baby was feeling difficult to suck the milk. Later he sucked and milk formed. Sleepless nights. Journey of breastfeeding is awesome. Whenever i feed baby it's full of love and care. I hold baby very smoothly nd with full care.
