after baby birth only that time i feel ita so difficult ., inexperienced, pain, neck pain, nd big nipples. it was so difficult to feed but i tried nd tried. even my baby lose weight in starting days cz I was mostly in pain. but within days my baby itself knows how to lactate. nd everything went well at last. as it is said last may sub theek ho jata hai..

after delivery you are both excited and scared for the on coming journey... breast feeding is an important and enjoyable part of post delivery process. however for me it turned out to be the most stressful as initially my milk supply was almost nil.. and i was so stressed and worried.. however with the guidance of doctors and my mom, slowly my milk supply increased and i could breast feed my baby.. and my journey became fun and the most memorable of all...
