In Initial days it was a greatest challenge to start my breastfeeding journey. I had a flat nipple and my doc tried the reverse syringe method. It helps somewhat but it was very painful can't bear with the C section stitches. After that tried nipple shield. some times tried breast pump to pump some milk. Those days were painful but it was very meaningful. After all these struggles we successfully continued our breastmilk journey till 2.2 years.

you can increase breastmilk by some ways like frequently feed to your baby
you can take shatavari with milk by consulting your doctor

I had a pre mature baby delivered in the 7th month of pregnancy. For me the journey of breastfeeding had many new challenges and episodes consisting of feeding my baby with a syringe while in NICU, using breast pump later to extract and then finally latching. But all that I held on to was that whatever I do now is worth it for the betterment of my little one. The bond that you create with your baby right from birth, talking or singing to them and then hearing them respond to your voice is just mesmerizing. Kudos to all the moms that are doing their best to create a healthy and happy tiny human they gave birth too!!
