My 1st baby was very weak at the time of his birth even he had not capacity to suck and on the other side my nipple was not so developed that time but breastmilk overflows..it is really difficult to pump the bm n feed him with spoon becasuse pediatrician told us not use the bottal.. I totally fed up n felt very sad because i was not able to give baby bm directly.. when baby was 40 days old he was able to suck n took milk directly..upto that all time I tried for giving him bm like press his mouth towards breast..it was really hard .. all day we repat that process..finally he took bm directly on his 40th day..it was precious day for me..upto that every day comes with new challange regarding how to feed him bm directly.. It was my breastfeeding journey..it was little hard but at the end took so much happiness n strong bond with my child..

Every women is excepted to produce breast milk within hours of giving birth and this expectation of few of my family members was the first difficulty I faced in breastfeeding. It normally takes 48 hours to produce milk after birth and the pressure that a new mom undergoes is most difficult part of breastfeeding. I completely trusted my body and my baby. I connected with my baby by talking to him and held him closely to my body and made him latch as much as possible and everything starts to flow just like my breastmilk. New moms out there be easy and kind to yourself. Trust your body and your baby.!

At first milk was not coming but dont loose hopes, just be patient and let your baby suck it, ultimately it will genrate and produce more milk.

hi all .iam a mother of eleven months baby.
pregnancy and after delivery is most challenging thing for me.this is most challenging role play of my life.
sore nipples, law milk, feeling of depression and sadness and also health issues, insomnia, tension, stress etc.most of the woman became postpartum depression.becuase of the stress.so my opinion every woman need support from her husband and family.becuase this time somany changes come to body and also tension leads to depression.if she realised one person to understand and help her.that time she became relaxed.
so don't worry.it is a stage we stand to face with happy and strong.it isour baby.she want our love and care.milk feeding is improved our bond.try to give only milk at least six months.becuase our mlik make her strong and beautiful

my breastfeeding journey was so difficult for me.i have never thought that i will go through this when i became a mother.i am a mother of a beautiful daughter.i was so happy and eager to experience motherhood and breastfeed my baby.i had a c-sec delivery. during initial days when i did not produce breastmilk and i was not able to handle my baby myself. my baby was fed formula milk. instead of feeding her with bowl and spoon she was introduced with bottle feeding when she was only 3 days old. my baby haven learnt how to breastfeed and because of so early bottlefeeding she refuse to breastfeed afterward. i tried so much to make her breastfeed but she cry so much during breastfeed and accept bottle happily.that was so painful for me to not able to breastfeed my baby directly.so for 5 months i gave my baby my expressed breastmilk through pump along with formula milk whenever required.those days were so difficult for me.so according to my personal experience do not bottlefeed your baby before she/he learn and get use to breastfeeding.
