In my initial days of breastfeeding I was not able to produce much milk and society starting judging me.. After 15 days of my delivery , my body starting producing much milk and I got relief. Those 15 days were the most difficult days of my life. I felt guilty that I am not able to fulfil my babies need. I felt depressed. Also I suffered from severe backpain due to sitting and breastfeeding. Then I got a feeding pillow which got me relief. My husband supported me throughout this time. He always said me to stay positive and gave me the strength that I needed. 1 year of breastfeeding and it has been a journey with ups and down. But it has created the most beautiful bond with my baby and I can’t be more thankful to god for this.

One thing you need after postpartum is support, positive people around you and the strength. Don’t let other people let you down. Focus on yourself and your baby. Because it’s the thing that matters the most❤️

I'm a mother of 22 months old baby girl...I had a c section and just like others i have undergone postpartum depression. My baby had lactose intolerance she was formula fed even then i was asked to breastfeed her. she used to poop alot ,it continued till she turned 4 months old and it eventually subsided
all you need is lot of patience and most importantly support from family and people around you.post your delivery people would act as gynecs around you, don't listen to them and follow what you feel is right ☺️

Sleeplessness nights might be a burden today but you will feel proud and happy for those nights and won't never come back at any cost. I miss those lovable connected days with my boy.
