My baby wasn\'t able to suck properly & just did nipple feeding. As a result I had nipple cracks & he was not getting adequate feed. Hence I had to pump & feed him & give me formula. Kept on trying everyday & with time & perseverance he could finally do it with ease. Thus the initial 15-20 days were though. But everything\'s well that ends well.

In my initial days of breastfeeding I was not able to produce much milk and society starting judging me.. After 15 days of my delivery , my body starting producing much milk and I got relief. Those 15 days were the most difficult days of my life. I felt guilty that I am not able to fulfil my babies need. I felt depressed. Also I suffered from severe backpain due to sitting and breastfeeding. Then I got a feeding pillow which got me relief. My husband supported me throughout this time. He always said me to stay positive and gave me the strength that I needed. 1 year of breastfeeding and it has been a journey with ups and down. But it has created the most beautiful bond with my baby and I can’t be more thankful to god for this.
One thing you need after postpartum is support, positive people around you and the strength. Don’t let other people let you down. Focus on yourself and your baby. Because it’s the thing that matters the most❤️
