I was my pleasure to feed my daughters . Both babies are delivered by Cesarean so after c section milk comes out in less quantity but as we keep on feeding by breast the bond develops between mother and child. Then milk start flowing through veins it natural phenomenon in women after delivery of child. More and more liquid diet should be taken as milk, dalia, dal and vegetables soups, juices in summer etc. It is the best satisfactory food our chid enjoy. I carried with breastfeeding for 21 months. After leaving feeding the breast becomes very painful wash them with warm water for relief time an again and apply bam also.

My baby had latching problem due to inverted nipple and flat nipple. As new born, he cried continuously when he had to latch for feed.
solution: 1. Using nipple puller initially can help your baby to latch like 10 to 15 times before feeding.
2. either mom or person in help should coo the baby when they start to cry continuously. after 4-5 minutes, feeding can help baby with trust and it will try to latch.
3. If baby is even more adamant not to latch, then use feeding bottle to expressed milk to make the baby to get used for latching 3 or 4 days.
4. use this gap to change your nipple shape using nipple puller and then start feeding baby. note: my baby did not get nipple confusion.
5. if nipple starts to hurt where you feel pain more than an hour, it is best to stop feeding directly until the pain or bruise subside. try feeding using nipple shield. sterilize shields now and then. (I was not able to directly feed for a week as I tried bearing pain. I had to express milk using pump and then bottle feed the baby.)
6. don't worry about milk flow via nipple shield. if you are stress free and baby latching is good, don't worry on time the baby feeds. if wait increased then don't worry about feeding. check weight of baby every week.
