For me breast feeding was become very toughest job because of two reasons..1.My baby was premature and underweight .2 I have inserted nipples.In my first breast feeding I use manually pump to get milk and after then I gave it to my baby by spoon. and for my second baby I don't have enough milk supply because I had a breast reduction surgery so I didn't have enough milk.This was very stressful for me..but by the God grace I overcome from this and my both child's are healthy..

I had to go through another surgery when my daughter was 2 month old. it was very challenging for me to feed her as I had to take care of my stitches as well. But every thing was fine over a period of time.

To know whether milk is flowing or no, was soft breast meant empty later made us restless and stressed mind lead to low milk supply.
uff🤒 though postpartum is beautiful phase, most challenging😍.

it was best period becoz mother milk is always best for babies ..and it creates more bonding between child and mother and what difficulty I faced is I didnt know how to Express milk..so I learned from nurses there that u have to give smooth massages to ur breast it will Express and I faced problem of lumps in breast becoz my baby was sleeping all the time and I had rock hard breasts that time and had fever becoz of that..so I came to know all that whn my baby had jaundice on second day of his birth and doctor advised give him milk make him awake in every two hours and if doesnot suck just rub his ears he will suck then..actually it was all so good and learning experience ..now he is 10 years old n I m proud mother of 2 sons and 1 daughter

diet of the mother should be good so that the mother as well as baby both should get nutritional content
