my baby was bit weak and she got tired due hard sucking and also poor latching due to lack of knowledge was also the issue. also due to that i had wounds on my nipple and yes ofcourse the back ache due to wrong postures and postpartum weakness were my main problems

during my breastfeeding
1st challenge was making baby to suck the milk. I use to make baby to drink on every 2hours for 20 -30 mins so it ll learn to suck.. later it went fine.
2nd was not able to know is milk was sufficient to baby as on growing , I got to understand when baby leaves fingers free after tummy full

3rd was managing to increase the quantity of milk production I got it done on using lactation powder and veggies - greeny..

2nd was during starting solid food..since I was alone , I don't know to cook for baby..on following the recipes posted for baby..I was done ...

3rd was making baby to sleep during 🤒🤧 I use to keep warm and hydrated following all hygienic and medicine on time

brestfeeding my first one was really hard for me and the nurse had suggested nipple guard which really made the process smooth

i cried 😭 really....i struggled a lot...my baby was hungry and i couldn't breast feed the baby....baby was new it was new for me too my baby was on Formula Milk 🥛🥛
i had to buy breast pumps to pump the milk out and feed the baby using a spoon....!
Thanks to the people who invented breast pumps....🙏🙌 with time things changed now we both are comfortable but the initial months were very difficult.

sore nipples, pain in breast n no proper milk supply
for sore nipple I research the perfect way to make ur baby suck on nipples n hence it was relaxing with no pain only baby weight gain.....
pain in breast made me fell uncomfortably in my early days then with time I notice when my baby sucks n wen the milk is release would feel relaxed
for milk supply I started having fruits veggies n foods like were in my mom didn't let me eat anything because of the old saying what they say was heat n cold...

n the best was wen my baby was on feed on right breast there was leakage on other I actually didnt wanted it to go waste so used to collect it in feeding bottle n feeding my baby in bottle.... now everything seems so funny
