Some would think that breast feeding is very easy yes it is when baby used to it, as it is my first delivery initially i dint have milk to feed my baby when I tried to feed him
He used to refuse and start crying like anything and he used to cry for like hours but I dint stop trying him to breast feed and then He gradually started latching that too one side first but I would definitely say to new moms when baby started sucking that feeling would be hundred dollars 💵 and I experienced it , so just one thing very sure that when you give baby your time without frustration he or she will definitely will latch and suck and they refuse to drink bottle milk.

You would think that breastfeeding is easy and it comes naturally. But that is definitely not true in most of the cases. As a first time mother I faced a lot of issues with latching. My baby would refuse to drink from one side because he was not able to latch properly. Guidance from my lactation consultant helped me overcome this issue and gradually it became easy. Also apply the breast milk on your nipple after every feed to help with cracked nipple and to keep it moist.

Breast feeding to my baby after her birth was a great moment for me. At first at the hospital it was lil bit difficult coz she was unable to suck the milk properly but the very next day one of the nurse she guided me properly and then my baby was able to suck. Felt very happy. At the same time two of my friends they also gave birth two daughters... they where unable to feed breast milk coz it was not sufficient to feed the babies. Proper care for food is more important during pregnancy so that our baby gets proper breast milk. I used to feed my baby every 2 hours as suggested by doctor. I used to drink plenty of water during breast feeding... nuts and fruits are my daily basis supplement..boiled dal..chicken soups are also in my diet so that she gets proper vitamins and minerals in my milk. My baby is going to 12 months in this month and I truly feel happy that I give her my breast milk on her demand. My Baby is happy so I am.

My wife was struggled a lot after the 2nd pregnancy because the bilirubin count was very high for the baby. She was feeding the baby every 2hr in the day and night. After one month the count was decreased and now baby is fine. Her dedication in the breastfeeding helped to decrease the bilirubin count.
