Having baby in our hands after painful process seems like a blessing. Postpartum stress, less sleep and adjusting with baby schedule cost a lot , sometimes results in lower supply of milk. Try to enjoy every moment with your baby and being stress free does really helps

hello everyone...Because of the complications in my pregnancy...My baby was delivered prematurely at 28 weeks. So breast feeding was a big issue for me. My baby was in nursery for almost 2 months and he was not having power to suck at all. I used Breast pump to pump out the feed for my baby. But main problem was I was not able to pump out the amount of feed he needed. In order to overcome this problem I visited gynecologist and dietician, both recommended to pump feed every 2 hour from. breast pump alternatively from each breast. Few supplements were recommended. Methi Dana, ajwain, sauf..all these seeds were recommended for boiling in water and drinking that water. It was v tough time to go nursery everyday and pump the feed. You hv to take care of ur own feed in order to get ur child feed. Though time teaches u a lot and makes u a strong person to overcome obstacles in ur life.

we women are very special that God gift that power to us to creat a little creation... and just like that we have breastmilk as the little creation can feed .... breastmilk had more power than anything for a child I m always understand that and trying to give him full how much he wanted but living in in laws house I have many issues mainly food and timing and also stress so I don't have much milk, many medicine and many things can't get it . so many time I feel guilty depressed but now I m overcome it because it's not my fault what happened should be happened.. but now when I saw something like that I protest for better .

I had gone through c section , it was painful but happiest moment in my life. Frankly saying I am afraid of carrying babies with hands, after giving the birth to my baby , I was holding baby in my arms to breastfeed him . I was surprised at that time and thought only mother can do this. I am so happy with my boy now .

Its a precious moment. Initially I was but worried for not getting sufficient milk. But later on got adjusted with baby's need. We should be conscious enough as it is essential growth time for baby. Ultimately we are what we eat and our babies too.. Don't compare yourself with other mothers or elders for not getting sufficient milk. Be patient and understanding your bonding with the baby and be your best to that moment. Happy Parenting 😊

Feeding a child when have cracked nipples for first few weeks was like a nightmare to me, which gradually decreased by applying ointment prescribed by my gynecologist.

Breastfeeding can help protect babies against some short- and long-term illnesses and diseases.it is the most beautiful emotion for a mother but sometimes we have toh face many problems in latching but we should never give up ... try your best to feed your kid as mother feed makes the base for kids good health.
