My breastfeeding journey started with difficulties because I had a cesarean delivery. Initially it was tough to hold my newborn in a comfortable way but day by day it went to be normal . The other challenge I faced was pain due to baby bite during feeding and I overcame it easily with my mother's advice to put the breastmilk on the bitten area for healing.

my breast feeding journey was not so good... initially I struggle to produce enough milk to produce my baby hunger requirements. then I came to know about Phillips avent breast pump. once I started using it.. it was really helpful to increase my milk supply as well as it helped me to take larger nap at night.
I was so happy with it that i recommend this to many of my friends.

As my twin children were born premature, I could provide them the breast feed by manual extrubation method. They were born of 1.5kg ( girl child) and 1.25kg ( boy child) weight. They didn't possess the capacity to receive breast feed by sucking on their own. However difficult it could be, one should provide breast milk to their kids as it is the only natural source of immunity.

breastfeeding journey is good... everyone has different opinions on when to stop breastfeeding.... mine one stopped breastfeeding when she was two and half years old .. it was difficult for me.... she was sick during that time period... therefore it got easy for me to stop her feeding... before that i tried not to give her feeding but it was unsuccessful...
