to become a mother is a god's gift to every woman. along with this beautiful gift there are so many of challenges a mother has to be faced like breastfeeding. this is a beautiful phase but this is not an easy task. Iam facing a pain in starting. this pain was so bad that I was thinking to quit this. But gradually as my baby feeded more within a one month this pain was gone. so I suggest everyone has to be take patience and be strong for your baby and continuing your breastfeeding.

I feel the major challenge is lack of brestmilk from mother to baby in recent days

Even myself for first few days didn't have milk segregation for which doctor suggested me to intake few tablet and galact. After a week I included dried fish daily which improved my brest feeding. Later on for as-usual problem was nipple rashes, to cure i always used to clean with hotwater. Sometimes would refer many sites, few ideas from elders and followed it for hygiene purpose.

Being able to feed your baby well is every mother's dream. I was unable to produce enough to feed my baby. I was thwn advised by my pediatrician to have satavarex and lactare capsules. Those really helped and ofcourse our ol' granny nuskas.. lots of methi and jeera and regular time to time feeding the baby enables rhe body to produce more milk.
Thank you.

My baby was born with two teeth. So breastfeeding was a challenge but the more I fed, the easier it got. I used nipcare to take care of the cuts and bleeding. It's absolutely safe for babies and you can wipe it off using a warm water cloth.

1. it was first experience that breast was full of milk but baby didn't have that appetite so many times I have to squeeze extra milk...it fills very heavy bread if not released excess milk also need to take care your breast should light, loose so baby can such very well
2. it was hard to feeding baby at night whenever he awake and get him sleep again...I was tried to sleep him on my chest and he used to sleep on side angel so I could have sble make him feed before he awaken...it was crazy night's 🤪 🙃 😅

i didnt had a proper nipple and my breast size grew almost by 3 inches during pregnancy which made my baby very uncomfortable as all the weight came on my baby's face (ik thats weird) later on i had to express all the milk using breast pump and give it to my baby untill she start latching it by herself.
