Luckily I never faced major challenges during my feeding journey. But i understood one thing is to trust ur instinct not to rely on what others tell u to do. no one knows ur body better dn urself. and no one else knows your baby other dn u.

A journey started with many struggles initially for latching properly.. cried frustrated and I was left out with lot of emotions yet it all changed... a beautiful phase begun felt happy and proud as a breastfeeding mother.... To all mommies out there don't feel for initial stages, we all experienced same.. it's a wonderful bond between mother and baby.. loving it!

Mother is an immeasurable position in the mind of every person. Becoming a mother is also a blessing. Every woman becomes matured from the moment she knows that she is conceiving. Waiting for the baby is the most precious moments in the world. When we see the baby, we forget all the pains. Breast feeding is a challenging phase .Nipple craking is the most painful thing. However, every woman is ready to bear all the pains when looking at the baby's face. We can never replace the pain of a mother or every woman. So respect women and also love your mother.

Don’t punish yourself is the first mantra. Mothers milk is the best but know that it shouldn’t come at a hefty price. Mothers well-being is most important. Your calm and composed energy will garner best result. Focus of your energy and do all the doc or lactation consultants suggests. Use a Brest pump as and when required. To continue with a healthy schedule I used breast pump regularly and stored milk for the kids consumption as required.

breastfeeding is beautiful bond between mother and baby. In my first delivery I faced a lot of postpartum depression due to breastfeeding issues. The main problem is that i have over supply of breastmilk and got engorged heavily and mastitis .. I went to hosiptal for treatment.. doctor told if this not cleared you have go for surgery.. i checked with one more doctor.. for this you should do only breastfeeding on affected side with different position.. after taking antibiotic and started to breastfeed with different position and my engorged breast is became normal.. my breastfeeding journey went smooth more than 1.5 yrs..

now this my second delivery.. am happily breastfeeding my one month baby... if I feel heavy I will pump the extra milk... and using breast pad also for let down issues...

major challenge was to know when to feed baby and whether his stomach was filled then i started observing the different products and i found Philips bottles and nipples which was easer and give full satisfaction by measuring the milk quantity regularly. and increase the quantity based on the intervals and age.

As a new mom it was a challenge to feed my baby as initially I had not enough milk to feed my baby, and he was crying Al the time ,I tried FM many times but my baby was not willing to take that, so it was very hard for me, I tried many foods and among them it was fish and fenugreek seeds which increased my milk production and alhamdullilah I am feeding my baby well.
