Breastfeeding is a beautiful feeling for each and every mother ❣️ but yes, it comes with some challenges along with it..For me, biggest difficulty was soaring and cracking nipples 😟😟 it was painful for me in both ways; physically as well as mentally..due to mental pressure of unable to feed your baby was very disappointing.. Thanks to God that was small duration experience 🙏

Breastfeeding is the forever bond which come before the birth that is the umbilical cord connection .. which comes out later as breast feeding ..: bond that never breaks .. mothers milk is the best immunity builder that a baby could get .. breast feed as much as you can do not hesitate or feel lazy .. bring the energy on to help you baby grow with best health

Initially it was difficult to feed her when she was New born, I usually pump the brest milk and preserve it in a feeding bottle so whenever I feel tired or exhausted my Mom will feed her and also in my absence this helped me too
For first 3 months baby intake of brest milk will be more and after that it gradually reduces and after 5 months I started solids
I took healthy diet usually after delivery supply of milk will be very less so it will not be sufficient for initial two days but after that it's not a big deal
breastfeeding is a bond between baby and Mom so njoy breast feeding

breastfeeding.... the next phase into new mother's journey after giving birth to a child.... it's the most cherishing feeling when your baby connects more closely after being pregnant..... when you see your child hungry and you are unable to feed him bcz of any problem that is most challenging seeing your baby crying for milk in front of you....I had the same problem i couldn't lactate and feed my baby even if I followed each and every step to solve it .... I was depressed... but I overcome it by following home remedies and traditional old remedies of drinking zeera water, more water etc...
