My husband is an "almost" equal companion in my breastfeeding journey. From helping me prep for a session to making sure I stay hydrated before, after and while I'm with the bub, he is a constant support. Of course there are the nights when I literally have to kick him out of bed to get him to wake up when I need help, but i give him the benefit of a leeway, sometimes. And he is an excellent burp-master now, so once I'm done feeding, he takes over the job of letting those not-so-tiny air bubbles to escape! And, yes this happens thru the day and night.

Pregnancy is the joyful time. My partner use to takecare of me and my baby right from he was in my tummy. He use to give me a back massage right from 5th month of pregnancy. He understands the mood swings and use to support me in it. He use to ask me about the craving for food and user to prepare by himself and use to fulfill my taste buds.

And during breastfeeding journey he supported me a lot. Before baby birth he asker me to attend the breastfeeding session and even he used to participate, so we did that. We had a membership for a pregnancy session where he used to actively participate and guided me in each session and consultation. My partner supported me in the hospital a lot while breast feeding and used to tc of baby after feeding baby. He used to guide me to take a short nap and at that time he takes care of baby right from burp to sleep.

the most difficult task for new mother's is feeding baby luckily we are parents of twins n in this lovely journey my partner offered equal participation towards everything that I was in need of as a legacy old generation teaches how to hold baby, feed, burp etc.but in my case it was my husband who made all things easy for me or else caring twins alone is next to impossible
