A true partner is a spiritual relationship, where two people make the decision to work through their stuff within the confines of the relationship so that each one will grow spiritually.

Breastfeeding journey was not easy as i taught it was really exhausting and energy draining .At times i get severe back ache and feel all low ,during those times my husband used to pick him up close to his chest and provide warmth ,sing songs to put our baby onto sleep which was very helpful during my initial days and even he bought me a feeding pillow, which was very helpful for me during days when i didnt even know how to latch properly. With partner's support breastfeeding journey can be less stressful,i felt.

for me, breastfeeding journey was not so easy like I imagined it to be. during the 1st 2 months after delivery, there wasn't enough breast milk needed for my baby. because of that I was under so much stress and tension. apart from that our relatives and those around us constantly had comments to shed on me for lacking breast milk, even i felt guilty for my baby. I felt like I was not a good mother to my baby. I tried different lactation inducing medicines and had to depend on formula feed. when every effort i took went in vain, there was always my husband who had my back and supported me. he gave me the courage and assurance that this is not a permanent problem and everything will be fine one day. now our baby is 3 months old and we are all happy and relieved that I can directly breast feed my baby.
