Please stop feeling low about your milk supply being low, it's absolutely ok and could happen to anyone and it's not anyone's fault ... let's stop worrying about the fact and forget about all that the world says and think it's an opportunity for me to support u in nourishing our miracle baby with top feed...

My breastfeeding journey is not so easy as I go through c- sec than I have stones in gallbladder so I can take much milk and things that helps in producing milk so some times I feel very low that I am not able to feed my daughter properly at that time my husband supported me and told me that your milk is like tonic for the little one so if you do breastfeeding once or twice in a day it is sufficient rather than give up and crying and that thing motivates me and even after my gallbladder stone operation I am able to continue my journey of breastfeeding and I this journey my husband supported me mentally that's the most important thing in breastfeeding your mental health not how many feed you are able to give to your child try to continue even if there are some drops because that is not only good for your child health but the bond you feel each time you breastfed is very special ☺️☺️

You can soothe, bathe, change, dress, cuddle, and burp your baby. You can also keep your partner company during feedings and make sure that she has plenty to eat and drink.
