The most important thing you need during and after after pregnancy is the SUPPORT from your partner and family. My husband is doing the best to support my breastfeeding journey. he understands that it's our journey not only mine. the starting days were quite difficult but we both managed it together. He makes sure i get enough food for proper milk supply & enough sleep for recovery. He is doing everything to mske this journey beautiful and enjoyable. So, there are few things i want to share with new parents in easing their after delivery journey--
1. having a child is blessing, the most precious thing you can ever have. so be grateful for it.
2. The baby needs both of you,so try to spend more time with your baby.
3. Giving birth is not easy the mother suffers a alot and being her husband it's your responsibility to make sure she is fine and not having after delivery depression.
4. make memories with your child and capture that in your camera or phone.
5. Be happy, share your feelings with each other, have good food, don't be irritate, make this journey fun.
at last, i just want to say that baby is a god's gift not everybody is blessed to have a baby so cherish every moment with your baby and be happy 😊.
