What was the role of your partner in your breastfeeding journey?

Ashna Mom of a 5 yr 1 m old girl 3 years ago
Offer to bring a glass of water, give me another pillow if I needs one, or remove distractions like older siblings, visitors or the family pet. Bring our baby to my hubby in bed for night feeds and settle our baby back to sleep if i need to

my partner play a key support role in my breastfeeding process. In my first days postpartum, having help to make the most of “lying in” should be a number one priority. “Lying in” means the days or weeks following delivery where me and my baby are breastfeeding, bonding, doing skin-to-skin, and little else.
