we have a big family and that means bigger extended family. on the birth of our first child everyone was excited and we welcomed a lot of guests. my husband made sure I had enough privacy and space for breastfeeding. he respectfully told visitors to wait till I completely satisfy my child. that was a big help. whenever he saw me breastfeeding, he stood beside me with a glass of water, because the doctor asked me to drink lots of water. these small but kind gestures not only helped me but always brought a smile to my face. happy mom happy child ☺☺

Pregnancy is a really beautiful but challenging journey and every woman need someone who can take care of her 24*7. My partner played an important roll during my whole pregnancy journey and my breastfeeding journey from the start to till date. He supports me each and every moment during my baby care like to help me with providing feeding pillow, helping me to hold the baby in right position. He searched and taught me the correct positions for breastfeeding, He searched philips avent feeding bottles and purchased so that I can combine with breastfeeding as its teats are designed such a way that support breastfeeding, during initial days of breastfeeding when I was not able to sit he helped me by sitting my back to give me back to back support.

My partner was very much helpful and supportive both emotionally and physically. He stayed awake late night watching the baby giving me time to have my sleep. He was always there to hold and play with the baby never letting me feel tired or exhausted.

My husband has been very supportive from the day we get to know that we were expecting ... he made sure to make me comfortable in every possible way he can ... He helped me in breastfeeding my daughter as there was no proper lactation due to which I used to face a lot of problem in breastfeeding her. He used to help me in hot formantation on my breast ... helping me in breast pumping ... making me eat the foods which can make lactation ... he is a blessing in my life

well as we know the people around us like MIL keep telling new mom's that their milk is not enough for the baby or you can't produce enough milk so give powered milk or comparing that they had high milk production to ours. I faced the similar situation but my husband with his iron wrist chuck out all the negative people around and made me feel safe and confident about myself. Although initially my production was quite low but with his constant support I was able to latch my baby in 4 days.😊

1) acting as partners in decision-making; 2) being responsible for the family functioning, and 3) providing emotional support to the mother.

my husband sits and talks with me during breast feed as many times as he can. this solves many problems like
1. I am distracted from my back pain, as breast feeding takes time.
2 my baby gets to hear both our voices and gets familiar to both of us.
3 instead if sitting with my phone to pass time , we have a productive baby talk
