They see their role as that of a passive or neutral outside observer who has little influence on the process. A common complaint from fathers of breastfed babies is that they tend to feel excluded from the intimacy of the nursing dyad. But fathers actually have tremendous potential to either facilitate or undermine the success of breastfeeding. my partner very much support in my breastfeeding journey.

My partner is like my second mom! He wakes up with me during the night (even though he is working in day time and cant find time to rest) to feed the baby, helps me to maintain proper position the baby for better latching. He helps in burping the baby. He also ensures that I get better nutrition from the food I eat. I am so thankful to God for giving me such a blessed partner.

Findings: variations were identified in the role of father during breastfeeding, namely, 1) acting as partners in decision-making; 2) being responsible for the family functioning, and 3) providing emotional support to the mother.

Our first step towards our kids needs is breast feeding obviously.. and a co-operative partner makes it easier to be a good mother, were usually women's face mood swings usually 😅.. still with our mood swings we women love more and care more for our kids only when we have good partner, a friendly partner, were we can be our self with our body change, confidence which a partner gives with his affection is more important to be a good mother. hope I expressed well 😊
