Touchwood, i have been quite lucky with my 15-days old baby. Never really had an issue with breastfeeding ever since my c-section delivery. She was latching pretty well since the first feed itself. My husband, as on today, just helps me lift her fro the bed and hands her over to me in the desired position whenever we need to feed her.

Fortunately enough, she is doing quite well with feeding lying aside me in the night. I wonder if feeding can really get any smoother😛

Phillips Breast pump and my partner helped me save my sanity during the cluster feeding time. My baby girl used to cluster feed for hours at end and I was honestly loosing my sanity. My partner suggested me to pump breastmilk for times like that so that he can feed the baby while I take a break. That was the best thing he has ever done!! I am so much better since he started bottle feeding her pumped breast milk. This Mumma needs a break once in a while. Thanks to Daddy!

My hubby was of great support especially the first few months where we had to take turns in nappy changing and feeding. Mid night hours were toughest , he would get up along with me, do nappy change and handover baby for me to breastfeed. while he does burping, I would express milk using Avent electric pump (as night milk production is more & cant afford to loose such precious timing). He would then use expressed milk the next day when I do workout or take lil rest. Having right minded humble partner makes parenting easy and joyful.

My first priority will always be my MR. because he is the best husband during my pregnancy period and super dad during the postpartum period .
I got my first delivery during the covid times and he was the only one who helped me in my whole journey… My postpartum depression was soo hard but he made it soo easy.
Coming to breast feeding journey being a new mom its very difficult to handle but he used to help me for pumping the milk and during late night while i used to breastfeed the baby he used to wakeup and hold baby so that i can be active without being sleep deprivation

It was a really beautiful journey I had with my baby during the initial months . Milk production was quite normal during the initial days and sometimes I used breast pump(babyhug) to remove excess milk as it was causing pain . I have used feeding pillows for a support and those were really helpful. My entire family was really supportive during this period especially my husband .
