Brest feeding is the best milk for new borns I suffered from low breast milk but i never losses hope and done my best to increase my breast milk because breast milk gives everything to our baby for better growth .

My partner was very supportive in all aspects right from the delivery, after I gave birth to my cute princess he made sure skin to skin contact of baby with me, used to feed me with nutritious food which enhances breast milk production and burping the baby after the breast fed.

without my partner not possible to breastfeeding too easy.. he helped me at every point, as starting days not able to feed as my nipples found flat, he helped find all gadgets which is useful for me for breastfeeding and also find nipple shield and in nipple shield he created big hole for our child that can drink milk easier, (haha)

he care for my food, hydration, sleep.

my breastfeeding journey was not easy.. initially i wasn't able to breastfeed my son and got depressed.. my hubby supported me always.. whenever I felt to give up on breastfeed it was my husband who motivated me and supported me with some kind words and today it been 6 months me and my baby are really happy .
