My both Parents made environment emotionally healthy for me as I suffered from mood swings and anxiety. Mom played a fundamental role in health ( food and exercise to do) Dad - made me an explorer. He used to take me out no matter what time it was. Love you mom n dad 😊 I’m lucky to have you as my parents.
