It is the best experience for both, mother as well as father during pregnancy and after pregnancy. We both enjoyed the journey a lot, my husband was very supportive in both the stages, pre delivery and post delivery. During nights, when I used to get tired during breast feeding, he used to sit behind me to give support to my back,to help me cope up with my back pain, n there are many more things but it is not possible to mention all in one go

well pregnancy itself is v stressful and the postpartum changes both physics and emotional is up on a diff level... but thanx to my partner he was always there at every step of it with me...
mine was a perterm baby.. her birth weight was lower than expected... the doctors were concerned too... and becoming a first time mom that made me stress more... how will the baby gain weight.. will I be able to manage and all that stuff... but my husband came to my rescue... he was like we created her together and we r gonna raise her together... during the day he wasn't around much due to his work but at night he was awake with me always... he would either be massaging my back while I fed the baby... or he would make her burp after I fed her... or he would simply get me a bottle of water or a glass of milk and a plate of snacks while I was feeding the baby... as I used to get hungry after the feeding session... and after the baby would sleep and rest then he would make me lie down and either massage my foot to release the strain or just simply tap my forehead to release my stress so that I could sleep well... and this helped me feel comfortable throughout my initial days... thankfully she has gained proper weight now... and is achieving her milestones properly.... Amantobillah... I am lucky to have a partner like him... but again parents... don't stress if they don't do as u want then to do... its their first time too... so tell them what to do how to do and let them also evolve slowly along with you.... #happyparenting #parentyourway

To give a comfortable and safe environment for feeding. Provide special diet which helps in milk production
