I had to pump milk, as I found it difficult to breastfeed my baby. I felt to helpless and guilty that I was not able to feed my baby, but he supported me in this journey, and got me tools to pump milk and make this process easier. He even helped me lots of time to pump when I felt exhausted.

during night time whenever I give milk to my baby my husband give me a glass of milk . suggest me take good and balanced nutrition foods.he also wake up and sit near to me .
