my partner played huge role in keeping me motivated in breastfeeding journey by sharing articles and knowledge which helped me normalise this and shed my apprehensions. being first time mother such knowledge was super helpful to smoothen the entire period to give my baby the ultimate nourishment which no other food can give. Encourage your partner to drink plenty of water, and make sure these's plenty of healthy food at home for her to eat.
Breastfeeding will make her hungry and thirsty. Take on extra housework, and tring to make sure you're home as much as possible to do things like cooking and washing.
