I wish someone had told me to take lactogogues ( foods that increases breast milk naturally ) . For all those reading this u can naturaly increase the supply of ua milk by eating soaked almonds , fennel seeds , garlic , urad dal , fenugreek seeds, fox nut ( makhana ) all these are good for ua health !

i wish _i should know how to take proper diet and lactation powder , its really important to keep your breast healthy and full of milk for your baby _someone should have told me before about breastfeeding.

I wish breastfeeding is a natural connection between mother and baby to bond themselves. That's why baby after birth utters the first word maa. After my csec i was not able to feed as no body suggested to wash my nipple before feed. Due to odour smell my baby didn't breastfeed. After 11 days my baby started to take breast feed. Someone should had told me before breastfeed that to clean nipples. But its never too late. I succeeded to breastfeed my baby.

I wish that someone would have told me that I could feed my baby within 6-8 hours of C-Section. The nurses helped me feed my baby on Day 3 and I still couldn’t feed my baby because I had Inverted nipples. It was Day 4 when I got to feed my baby for first time and I was happily crying.

iam a nurse in newborn deparmt...i advised all mothers regarding brstfeeding, but for my baby cant able to follow....bcz of our customs, & family people... thn also i only given exclusive brstfeeding 6 mnth completely....i advise to evry mother... tht through the brstfeed u r doing good fr ur baby...so if u wnt became a supermom FEED THE BABY WITH BRSTMILK &ENJOY YOUR LIFE........

Breastfeeding in lying position for baby under 6 months may cause ear infection.
