I wish someone had told me that breast milk can decrease any time and u have to always monitor that ur baby get sufficient milk all the time....

someone should have told me that breast feeding journey is full of ups and downs and that it is ok to feel sorry. to begin with latching issues followed by sleepless nights and so on. the key is to relax and tackle issues head on

I wish someone had told me to relax while breastfeeding as it helps the flow of milk. As a new mom I was so tensed thinking if my baby is fed enough.

I wish some one should have told me that new born tummy is as small as a pea . So that my colostrum is more than enough for baby for first three days ( colourless water). I was wrong informed like it would not fill baby s tummy

I wish someone should had told me before about breastfeeding that I should apply coconut oil on my nipples at least once a day to nourish my nipples & to avoid contraction due to breastfeeding. I suffered with this problem a lot till I was not aware with this. it was like a blessing to me. so I shared this to u all. Be a happy mother.
