iam mother of 4 m old baby..i hve gained 15 kg in my pregnancy...now m not able to reduce...i give breastfeeding..how will i reducw my weight...is there any exercise that i can do to reduce my weight...also my lower abdomen is loose n it looks so bad...what to do.pls help
