dont forget your calcium and water intake as these two are much much essential during this period. take eggs, milk atleast two glasses a day. green leafy vegetables. fish like sardines are rich source of calcium. drink more of water and keep your self hydrated.

Garlic helps in good milk production , spinach , badam...raisins .. pomegranates for iron , lot of milk for calcium . urad dhal with ghee. can take soups like mutton leg with garlic, pepper.. its must to avoid cold foods like tomatoes, juices for atleast 9 months from the child birth .since that may lead to water accumulation which leads to ankle pain
