I really wanna only breastfeed my baby, but due to insufficient lactation, my doctor prescribed alternative formula feeding for my baby. Now also m trying my best to fill her tummy with breast milk, but fail unfortunately. Now she's 2 months old, top fed with little breast feed. M having galact powder and adding protein rich foods to my diet, but no such markable result, rather m gaining weight only. Please somebody suggest how to increase milk lactation.
Hi.. i was also having the same problem...

you can try including Methi (Fenugreek) in your diet .. Roast Methi Coriander and grind it.. take some ghee .. add the roasted methi and coriander ..add in jaggery as per your taste.. add some cashew nuts and raisins and add coconut milk... roast well till done..

cool and store excess mixture in the refrigerator..

have about 4-6 teaspoons of this mixture daily..
you need to heat up the required quantity in a non stick pan every time you eat it.

it worked wonders for me..

also have Methi Paiz .. you can get the recipe from ruchikrandhap.com

Ya it's very difficult task because mother should take extra food which can produce milk and breastfeeding is very very important for child's immunity
