hello ..iam a mother of 2months old baby. I wanna only breast feed to my baby but in sufficient milk so I hve to go for the formula feed.but am trying my best to give my baby both formula feed and breast feed.beacuse it's very important to give ur baby breast feed at least 6mnths.and am trying to get more breast milk supply by eating green leafy veggies and having a milk morning and night.

u consult gynacologist for urself instead of giving baby top feed u take medicine or protien powder etc there r many options shatavari powder also u can try the milk will durly increase

my baby is 14 months now .have breastfeed exclusively for 6 months... tries to give him solids but very picky and moody eater...at times wants to take only my feed .my supply is very less now not sure what to do ...is my feed any gud for him?

try not stress to much about it, stress reduce milk supply . just keep trying more ur baby drinks more supply will increase..don't worry just keep trying..

apply some ghee on the nipple

you can also apply your own breast milk on the nipple

use Himalayas nipple butter.... effective from first yse
