take protein rich food... the hairfall is due to hormonal changes and cant be avoided..

the main reason for postpartum hairfall is iron deficiency... the moment we address that issue it stops. I included ten dates to my family diet right after my daughter was born. while it definitely helped with stopping hairfall, it also benefited me during lactation. and overcoming hunger pangs. dates are a rich source of iron, magnesium and natural glucose.
it's not iron deficiency dear, it's due to hormonal changes .....though good iron supplements are nice to take.
